1) All products' colours have been adjusted to be as close as possible to the actual colour. Resolution differences between computers & cameras might cause a difference in colour shown.
2) Any unnecessary excessive abuse (force applied, abrasion, drops, rubbing against sharp / rough objects, pulling, etc) subjected to the products, will contribute to the damage of the items. Please take good care of the items.
3) Please help to keep your purchased items away from water/ liquids as best as you can.
4) Products would vary from one another as most items here are hand-made.
5) All prices reflected are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) unless otherwise stated.
6) For immediate ready items, Full Payment has to be made within 3 days after you've received the confirmation order reply from me. The order would be cancelled if payment is not made within the 3 days, and allowing the next interested buyer to purchase the item/s.
For customize / personalize items, customization will only take place after the full payment has been received. As most products involve a long period of drying time, customization would take an estimated period of 3 weeks - 1.5 month (subjected to changes based on order demand).)
7) Ordered Items would only be sent out after receiving the Full Payment.
8) No refunds would be made once customized / personalized orders have been confirmed.
9) M C U B E is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages and items. (All items would be prepared & sent out with love & care, including bubble wrap)
10) If item is stated to be collected in person, no postage option would be made available unless buyer is residing out of Singapore. (Item's suitability for postage would be advised upon order)
11) (In Singapore) Normal postage fees would be absorbed by M C U B E. Additional $3.50 would be applicable should you require Registered Postage. Registered Postage is strongly advised as normal postage cannot be tracked. It will be a lost for both M C U B E and yourself should the handmade piece go missing.
12) (Overseas) Buyer will bear all postage fees involved. Postage fee would be advised and charged according to the weight of total package. Registered Postage is strongly advised as normal postage cannot be tracked. It will be a lost for both M C U B E and yourself should the handmade piece go missing.
13) We assume you are agreeable with our terms and conditions once order has been placed.
14) M C U B E reserves the rights to make changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
